Dry brushing is an Ayurvedic treatment that uses a dry body brush with firm bristles. Your experience begins with a scented or unscented treatment. Start by choosing one of our beauty barn essential oil for added purification and scent experience. We will brush the skin in upwards strokes towards the heart / chakra centres where the lymph system runs. The idea of dry body brushing is to encourage the removal of dead skin cells as well as to help stimulate blood flow and circulation. if you’re lucky enough to try out a body scrub and wrap you will experience the delight of having someone dry body brush for you.
